Mildred's Room ships for a flat rate to all Canadian and Continental US addresses.  Free shipping is offered on carts over $125*.

*While there is a Stay-At-Home Order in Ontario, Free Shipping within Canada is available on all carts regardless of the amount.

Returns

Returns must be received within 21 days upon notification of delivery to the customer.  Mildred's Room will cover the cost of postage to return your item.  Please email us at mildredsroom@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for returning the item(s).  You will be sent a link to our Canada Post page, and be provided with an Authorization Number and Instructions to either print a prepaid return label or retrieve one at the Post Office.  

When the returned item(s) is received by us a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours.  Please note, sale items are excluded from this policy as they are non-refundable.
